1Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

5. Not a jl89 employee: Current employees, contractors, consultants, agents, or affiliates of jl89 and its related entities are not permitted to register player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

jl89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, bank statement, or mobile financial service account confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. 2. Account currency: All jl89 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no currency conversion involved in any transaction on the platform.
3. Account security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact jl89 support immediately. jl89 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

jl89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) through the payment methods listed on the platform's Cashier page at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other local bank transfer options. Payment methods may be added or removed at jl89's discretion without prior notice.

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
2. Deposit processing time: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your jl89 account balance.
3. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. jl89 endeavours to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 4–6 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
5. Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering. jl89 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request.
6. Wagering requirement on deposits: Deposited funds may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Where this applies, it will be clearly communicated in the applicable bonus or promotion terms. For standard deposits made without claiming a bonus, no wagering requirement applies to the deposit itself.
7. Fees: jl89 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl89 bears no responsibility.

jl89 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or where a withdrawal would violate any applicable law or regulation. 5Bonuses & Promotions

jl89 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to players with verified accounts in good standing who have made at least one qualifying deposit.
2. Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion. 6User Obligations

By using jl89, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:

3. Use only one player account and not attempt to register additional accounts.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jl89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using another player's account, or using fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an account.
2. Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the platform, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker variants or coordinating bets in live dealer games.

8Intellectual Property

The jl89 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of jl89.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform; (b) create derivative works based on platform content; (c) use jl89's trademarks, brand name, or logo without prior written consent; or (d) frame or embed the platform or any portion of it within another website or application.

9Limitation of Liability

2. Game outcomes: All game outcomes on jl89 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live game events. jl89 accepts no liability for any perceived unfairness in game outcomes resulting from the inherent randomness of RNG-based games.

10Account Suspension & Closure

jl89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
3. Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
4. Failure to provide satisfactory identity or source-of-funds verification documents when requested.
5. Abusive behaviour toward jl89 staff or other players.
6. Possession of duplicate accounts.
7. A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed by jl89 due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to jl89.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 72 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out in accordance with standard withdrawal terms.

If you disagree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with the voluntary account closure process described in Section 10 of these terms. Remaining balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal terms.
